摘　　要：实现我国渔业发展目标 ,应采取的重大保障措施主要包括以下几方面 :调整产业结构 ,推进渔业可持续发展 ;加大人才培养 ,加强科研和推广 ;依法治渔 ,抓好资源养护 ;深化改革 ,加快渔业现代化建设 ;加强基础设施建设 ,增强渔业发展后劲。To realize the fisheries development goal of our country, the important guarantee measures to be taken are included as follows:adjustment of industry structure, to further fisheries sustainable development, enlarging talents training, strengthening scientific and technological research and extension, fisheries management according to the law, managing well resources preservation, deepening of the reform, speeding up fisheries modernization construction, enhancing infrastructure construction and reinforcing the forthcoming strength of fisheries development.
