病区医用冰箱不同储藏位置的温度分析

摘　　要：目的:分析临床病区医用冰箱不同储藏位置的温度,为病区药品安全冷藏提供可靠依据。方法:将记录型数字温度计探头放置在病区医用冰箱的不同储藏位置,记录冰箱门和冰箱体上、中、下三层中间点及冰箱体上、中、下三层前、后、左、右中点的温度。结果:箱门和箱体上层、中层,箱体三层、箱门三层,箱体各层的前门中点、后壁中点温度比较,差异均有统计学意义;箱门和箱体下层,箱体三层左侧、右侧中点各层温度比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:冰箱门和冰箱体各层及冰箱体各层不同储藏位置温度有差别,临床医护人员应根据冰箱温度分布差异选择放置医用冷藏品。Objective： To ifnd the temperature difference of the different storage points in the medical refrigerator. Methods：The authors put the recording digital thermometer probe on the different points in the medical refrigerator in the ward, recorded the center points＆#39; temperatures for the upper, middle and bottom part of the refrigerator door and the body, and so forth the center points temperature for the front, back, left and right of the different layers for the saving room. Results： The temperature differences of the upper and middle parts for the refrigerator door and the body, three layers of the saving room, the three stories of the refrigerator doors, the front door center and back wall center of the refrigerator body were statistically signiifcant. While the temperature of the bottom part of the refrigerator body and the doors, the left, right center of the three layers of the saving room had no statistical difference. Conclusion： There are temperature differences for the different parts of the refrigerator body, doors and the different points of different layers of the saving room. Clinical staff should place medical storages in accordance with the temperature distributing differences in the refrigerator.
