摘　　要：对住院患者实施远程血糖监测系统联合床旁糖尿病患者教育模式并探讨该模式在院内血糖管理中的应用效果。实践证明,该模式对于院内血糖管理具有重要的意义,可以进一步降低患者出院前血糖值,提高出院前血糖控制达标率,提高患者糖尿病知识的知晓率,提高医护人员的工作效率,同时提升了患者满意度。To explore the application of remote glucose monitoring system and bedside diabetes education in blood glucose management in hospital. It could decrease the blood glucose before discharge; increase the rate of blood glucose control in hospital; increase the rate of mastery of diabetes knowledge in patients; increase the efifciency of glucose monitoring and the satisfaction of the discharged patients.Remote glucose monitoring system and bedside diabetes education program was an effective management mode in hospital.
