摘 要:目的:评价临床护理动态岗位管理的实施成效。方法:通过现场观察、访谈和岗位工作分析,设置护士跨科兼职动态岗位,选取门诊导诊岗、抽血岗、医技检查岗进行临床实践,收集实施前、后患者对相关岗位护理工作满意度并比较,计算医院对标准岗和动态岗岗位的投入成本费用。结果 :实施后患者对相关岗位护理工作整体满意度较实施前提高(P<0.05),医院对动态岗投入的人力成本费用较标准岗低。结论:实施临床护理兼职动态岗位管理,可以盘活护理人力资源,为护士开辟多途径、宽幅度的职业发展通道,值得应用和推广。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of dynamic post management to clinical nursing work. Methods:The part-time dynamic nursing post was set through on-site observation, interview and job analysis. Then outpatient navigation post, blood-drawing post, and medical examination post were chosen to put into clinical practice. Patient satisfaction for nursing service and nursing human cost input were compared and analyzed before and after the implementation. Results:After the implementation, the scores of patient satisfaction for total nursing service were signiifcantly higher than before (P〈0.05). The human cost input was lower. Conclusion:The dynamic nursing post management model can revitalize nursing human resources and exploit multi-channel, wide-range career paths for nurses. So it deserves promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
