摘　　要：将PDCA管理理念和方法应用于我院护理会议管理制度改进中,通过计划、执行、检查、行动等过程的循环,发现护理工作中存在的问题与不足,分析问题产生的原因和影响因素,提出针对性的措施,制定和完善各项规章制度,建立科学化、规范化、合理化的工作流程,并在实施的过程中加强督查力度,强化执行力。PDCA cycle management method was used in nursing management and the preparation of hospital evaluation. Through the circulation of plan, do, check and action, the authors found a lot of problems and shortcomings of nursing, then they analyzed the causes and inlfuencing factors, put forwarded corresponding measures, formulated and improved various rules and regulations, and established some scientiifc, standardized, and reasonable work lfows. To ensure the effectiveness of PDCA, they strengthened the supervision in the implementation process.
