降低患者血液透析中压疮发生率的实践

摘　　要：我科针对压疮高危患者在血液透析中压疮发生的原因,组建以血液透析中心和肾内科病房的护士长负责的跨区域压疮管理小组,并通过制定压疮管理流程和目标,实施以患者为中心的压疮管理新制度,使患者压疮发生率由改进前的6.5%降低为0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对护理工作满意度由改进前的76.1%上升为95.7%。规范的压疮管理制度提升了压疮管理质量,提高了患者满意度。We focused on the reasons of bedsore occurrences among hemodialysis patients with high risks of bedsore and formed a cross-regional bedsore management team which was supervised by the head nurses of hemodialysis center and nephrology department .Through the design of bedsore management processes and goals, we created a new patient-centered bedsore management system and decreased the bedsore incidence from 6.5%to 0 （P〈0.05） and improved the patients＆#39; satisfaction from 76.1%to 95.7%after the intervention. Standardized bedsore management system could improve bedsore management quality and promote the patients＆#39; satisfaction.
