摘  要:介绍了风力发电机加强筋的铸件结构及技术要求,对采用原工艺生产的铸件发生的翘曲变形及缩松缺陷进行了分析,通过采用平做立浇工艺,铸件厚壁及热节处放置冷铁,在铸件顶部设置薄片形排气冒口,解决了铸件的翘曲变形及缩松缺陷问题,保证了铸件质量。The configuration and technical requirements of the strengthening rib used for wind power were introduced. The defects of warping deformation and shrinkage porosities occurring in the castings produced with former method were analyzed. By adopting horizontal molding method and vertical pouring process ,setting chills at the thick wall and hot spots of the casting, setting slice-shaped venting risers on the top of the casting, the warping and shrinkage porosities defects were elimin- ated that ensured the casting quality.
