摘　　要：目的:通过液相芯片法同时检测IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IP-10和TNF-α6种细胞因子在系统性红斑狼疮患者和健康对照者中的血清水平,探讨细胞因子在系统性红斑狼疮中的作用及其与临床特征的关系。方法:选取系统性红斑狼疮患者79例设为系统性红斑狼疮组,健康人群40例作为对照组。取其外周血分离血清,按MILLIPLEX MAP人细胞因子检测试剂盒的说明进行操作,在Luminex液相芯片平台上机检测6种细胞因子。结果:狼疮患者和TNF-α6种细胞因子的血清水平比正常对照者高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:炎性细胞因子在系统性红斑狼疮发病过程中发挥一定的作用。Objective：To detect the serum levels of 6 cytokines in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus by liquid phase chip to explore the effects of cytokines in systemic lupus erythematosus and their relationship with clinical characteristics.Methods：Selected 79 cases with systemic lupus erythematosus and 40 healthy controls.Serum was separated from the peripheral blood,operating according to the MILLIPLEX MAP cytokine detection kit to detect the 6 kinds of cytokines on the Luminex liquid phase chip platform：IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,IP-10 and TNF-α.Results：The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,IP-10 and TNF-α are higher than those of the normal controls,the difference being statistically signiifcant （P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion：Inlfammatory cytokines play a certain role in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus.
