筋骨痛消丸联合七珠展筋散治疗肩关节周围炎30例

摘　　要：目的:观察筋骨痛消丸联合七珠展筋散治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组用筋骨痛消丸联合七珠展筋散治疗,对照组用筋骨痛消丸加西药注射治疗,以疼痛程度和关节活动度为指标,观察治疗前后两组的疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈14例,显效8例,有效6例,无效2例,有效率占93.33%;对照组痊愈7例,显效6例,有效7例,无效10例,有效率占66.67%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:筋骨痛消丸联合七珠展筋散内服、外用,加按摩手法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效确切。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Jingu Tongxiao Pills combined with Qizhu Zhanjin Powder in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods：60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group,the former treated with Jingu Tongxiao Pills combined with Qizhu Zhanjin Powder,while the latter with Jingu Tongxiao Pills plus Western medicine injection.With the degree of pain and joint activity as the index,the curative effects of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results：Of the treatment group,14 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and 2 cases were invalid,with the effective rate being 93.33%;of the control group,7 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,and 10 cases were invalid,with the effective rate being 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Oral taking and external applying traditional Chinese medicine,plus massage are effective in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
