摘  要:介绍了一种手机结构壳采用两级浇口、前模抽芯和后模抽芯相结合的模具结构设计。采用一级潜伏式、二级侧浇口相结合的浇注系统,以实现产品外观的完整性;模具结构为二板模结构,其功能类似假三板模结构;利用撞锁式定距控制机构实现了前模抽芯和后模抽芯双结构设计,成功地应用于生产实践。Mould structure design with two-stage gate and combination of cover mould core- pulling and rear mould core-pulling was introduced, Injection system using submarine gate for the first stage and side gate for the second stage was employed to realize the integrity of the product appearance. The mould structure is designed as two-plate mould and functions like the fake three-plate mould for using the lock bumping distance control institution to realize the design of cover mould core-pulling and rear mould core-pulling. It has been successfully applied in production oractice.
