摘　　要：介绍了汽车门盖包边的类型和包边的工艺过程,对汽车门盖包边件开发与生产过程中的质量控制方法进行了分析,得出了门盖包边件包边质量的控制方法。实践证明:保证了汽车门盖包边质量,尺寸精度高、稳定性好,且降低了开发成本。The type of hemming and its process was introduced and quality control method in development and production process of automobile door hemming part was analyzed. Thus, ways to control quality of automobile door hemming are obtained. Practice proves that it can ensure the automobile door hemming quality with high dimensional accuracy, good sta- bility and lower development cost.
