摘 要:针对筒管架座压铸模大滑块在生产过程中发生抽芯抽不动,滑块往后退让,导致铸件尺寸超差,不符合图纸要求,严重影响正常生产的问题,进行了分析研究。对滑槽和滑块锁紧机构进行改进,使滑块运行平衡,锁紧可靠,铸件尺寸稳定,符合图纸要求,模具状态良好,生产正常。结果表明,压铸模的结构和强度对铸件质量和模具使用寿命有重要的作用。Unachievable core-pulling and unwished slider back down can make casting size out of tolerance, which does not conform to the requirement of the drawings and seriously affects the normal production. Analysis and study has been done to solve this problem. Chute and slider locking mechanism was improved to ensure slider running smoothly and loc- king reliably. In this way, stable casting size conforming to the drawings' requirement will be obtained. Thus, the mould can stay in good condition and function well in the production process. The result shows that structure and strength of the die-casting mould play an impor- tant role for casting quality and the service life of mould.
