摘　　要：目的：探讨臭氧盘内注射在椎间盘源性疼痛治疗中的价值。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2012年1月期间我院100例臭氧盘内注射在椎间盘源性疼痛治疗患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均得到随访，随访时间6～18个月，平均12.5个月。100例患者术后，疗效优良率为92%。结论臭氧盘内注射是椎间盘源性疼痛治疗的重要手段。Objective to investigate intradiscal injection of ozone in the treatment of discogenic pain value. Methods retrospective analysis of 2009 January to 2012 January in our hospital 100 cases of intradiscal injection of ozone in clinical data of discogenic pain patients. Results all patients were followed up, the follow-up time ranged from 6 to 18 months, average 12.5 months. in 100 patients, the excellent and good rate was 92%. Conclusion ozone intradiscal injection is an important means of neuropathic pain treatment of intervertebral disc.
