摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预对老年呼吸感染的行为和精神症状的影响。方法将50例老年呼吸道感染的行为和精神症状患者随机分为观察组和对照组，在药物治疗的同时，观察组患者采取积极护理干预措施，对照组患者两组评分无明显变化，护理前后差异无统计学意义（P 〉0.05），观察组患者护理前后评分变化明显，具有显著统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论合理的护理干预对老年感染患者能够稳定病情的发展，提高生活质量，值得推广。Objective to investigate the effects of respiratory infections in elderly behavioral and psychological symptoms of nursing intervention. Methods the behavioral and psychological symptoms of respiratory tract infection in elderly patients 50 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, while drug treatment were observed in patients taking active care interventions, the two groups of patients in the control group had no significant change in score, before and after care the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）, was observed in patients before and after nursing score changed significantly, with a statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion reasonable care intervention for elderly patients infected with the disease progresses to stabilize and improve the quality of life, worthy of promotion.
