摘 要:氮气钻井技术已经从低压、低渗储层拓展到高产储层,为保障钻完井过程的井控安全,某油田采用了钻完井一体化井口装置以及钻油管技术。由于钻完井过程中气体流量大,容易导致采气井口装置被严重冲蚀,诱发事故。基于冲蚀损伤理论,确定气相临界速度冲蚀评价标准,采用CFD方法研究采气井口装置在高速气流下的冲蚀损伤情况,并通过风险评估,提出适合高产储层氮气钻井技术的钻完井一体化投产采气井口装置优化方案。研究表明:整体式Y型采油树受气体冲蚀的作用最小、采气能力最强,适用于高产气井;套管环空采气井口装置是在突遇高产气流或其他特殊工况下采用的一种应急装备。Nitrogen drilling technology has expanded from low pressure and low permeability res-ervoir to high pressure and high permeability reservoirs.In order to ensure the security of well control in the process of drilling and completion,the integration of drilling and completion of the wellhead and drill-tubing were used in an oil field.The large gas flow in the process of drilling and completion easily leads to serious erosion of gas extraction wellhead,inducing engineering poten-tial safety hazard.In this paper,based on the theory of erosion damage,the erosion evaluation standard for gas phase critical velocity was determined;gas extraction wellhead erosion damage under the high speed gas flow was studied by using CFD method.Through the risk assessment, the gas extraction wellhead optimized configuration scheme was proposed,which was suitable for high production reservoir nitrogen drilling technology drilling and well completion production in-tegration.It shows that the gas erosion to integral type Y tree is the smallest and its gas produc-tion capacity is the strongest.Mostly it is suitable for high yield gas well.Casing annulus gas ex-traction wellhead is an emergency measure using in some high airflow or other special conditions.
