水力喷砂器流态分析及冲蚀磨损研究

摘　　要：在水平井压裂施工中,随着施工排量和加砂量的增加,喷砂器的磨损问题也随之加剧。建立喷砂器的理论模型,模拟喷砂器的流场形态,分析流态、速度及含砂量等对结构表面的影响。建立冲蚀模型,并将冲蚀模型应用到CFD得到的流场中,借助Fluent中的散相模型,计算喷砂器结构在不同速度下及含沙量下的最大冲蚀磨损量。根据最大冲蚀磨损量计算出了对应管道的最大冲蚀磨损量,并预测了对应情况的维修时间。分析了影响冲蚀的基本参数,实现了对流态模拟及冲蚀磨损的预测,对现场具体操作有指导意义。When horizontal well pressing crack.Under construction,it is with increase of construc-tion quantity and adds the amount of sand and the corrosion of sand blower also turn worse.Being built up blunt eclipse model,the blunt eclipse model is applied to CFD to get of flow a field,with the help of Fluent of dispersed phase,to calculate biggest to hurtle eclipse of sand blower between in different speed.According to the biggest blunt eclipse rate,the biggest blunt of the eclipse of pipeline is calculated and the maintenance time of circumstance is predicted.The basic parameters are carefully analyzed,which influence hurtles eclipse and realize the imitation of flow condition and the prediction of erosion and corrosion.
