青海当归根的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究青海当归根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从青海当归根中分离得到9种化合物,分别鉴定为:异欧前胡素(Ⅰ)、欧前胡素(Ⅱ)、cnidilin(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、异茴芹内酯(Ⅴ)、珊瑚菜内酯(Ⅵ)、新白当归脑(Ⅶ)、(3S)-2,2-dimethyl-3,5-dihydroxy-8-hydroxylmethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-benzo[1,2-b∶5,4-b']dipyran-6-one(Ⅷ)、比克白芷素(Ⅸ)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective：To investigate the chemical constituents in the roots of Angelica nitida.Methods：The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel,their structures were identified by spectral analysis.Results：Nine compounds were isolated and identified as isoimperatorin（ Ⅰ）,imperatorin（ Ⅱ）,cnidilin（ Ⅲ）,β-sitosterol（ Ⅳ）,isopimpinellin（ Ⅴ）,phellopterin（ Ⅵ）,neobyakangelicol（ Ⅶ）,（ 3S）-2,2-dimethyl-3,5-dihydroxy-8-hydroxylmethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-benzo[1,2-b∶ 5,4-b＇]dipyran-6-one（ Ⅷ） and byakangelicin（ Ⅸ）.Conclusion：All the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
