摘  要:本文研究了二月桂酸二丁基锡催化合成通用型不饱和聚酯树脂的新工艺。通过反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间、原料配比、真空度等反应条件的改变,讨论了二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂存在下反应条件对缩聚的影响。并用旋转黏度计法测定产物黏度,用加热烘焙法测定产物的含固量。从而确定适宜的催化剂用量和反应温度。实验结果表明,用二月桂酸二丁基锡催化合成不饱和聚酯涂料的新工艺,克服了传统工艺的缺点,可加快反应速度,降低反应温度,提高产品的质量。另外,先加入邻苯二甲酸酐,后加入活性较好的顺丁烯二酸酐也有利于反应的顺利进行。In this paper, it was studied that the new technology of catalyze synthesize utility version unsaturated polyester with tin dibutyl dilauric acid. Through changed reaction conditions of reaction temperature, catalyzer dosage, response time, feed proportioning, vacuate or not, etc, it has been reviewed that the reaction conditions contributed polycondensation with tin dibutyl dilauric acid. And then viscosity round was used to measure the viscosity of products, heat baking process were used to measure the solid content of products. As a result feasible catalyzer dosage and reaction temperature were determined. According to the result of experiments, we offered that he new technology of catalyze synthesize utility version unsaturated polyester with tin dibutyl dilaurie acid, overcomed the shortcomings of tradition technical, expedited reaction rate, depressed reaction temperature, improved quality of the products. In addition, priority acceded phthalic anhydride, then better activity maleie anhydride were acceded in favor of the reaction going with a swing as well.
