摘 要:采用活性污泥和玉米秸秆热解制备的活性炭作为吸附剂,研究其对垃圾渗滤液中有机物(以COD表征)的吸附效果及主要影响因素。结果表明,混合原料中秸秆比例为45%(质量分数)烧制的活性炭(SAC3)对渗滤液中COD的去除效果已相当好,选用SAC3进行吸附实验较为经济合理,其最佳吸附条件为用量0.4g、吸附时间40min、溶液pH 4;Langmuir模型能更好地拟合渗滤液中COD在活性炭上的吸附等温线,整个吸附行为倾向于单分子层吸附;气质联用(GC/MS)分析结果表明,制备的活性炭对渗滤液中带有支链的烷烃有很好的去除效果,但对一些毒性很大的有机物如二丁基羟基甲苯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、4-三氟甲基吡啶-3-甲酰胺肟等的吸附效果并不明显。Activated carbon prepared by co-pyrolysis of activated sludge and straw was used as adsorbent for ad- sorbing the organic matter (represented by COD) in landfill leachate. The adsorption capacity of prepared activated carbon and the influencing factors of adsorption process were investigated through batch experiments. The results showed that the economic and reasonable addition of straw in raw mixture was 45 %, and the prepared activated car- bon (named SAC3) had perfect COD removal efficiency. The optimum adsorption conditions were adsorbent dosage of 0.4 g, contacting time of 40 min and solution pH of 4. Langmuir isotherm equation could better describe the adsorp- tion behavior of COD on the activated carbon, indicated that this process was a monolayer adsorption reaction. GC/ MS analysis showed that the prepared activated carbon was effective for branched chain alkanes removal from landfill leachate, while its adsorption capacity for highly toxic pollutants was not obvious, such as butylated hydroxytoluene, dibutyl phthalate, 4-trifluoro methyl-3-formamide oxime and So on.
