摘 要:基于多电平理论,提出一种高压双LC串联谐振DC-DC变换拓扑。开关管零电压开通,损耗减少,开关频率提高;控制谐振网络作用电平进而间接控制变比,设计出适用于双LC串联谐振网络的二极管钳位网络,增大最高输出变比;结合频率控制,实现多级电压输出,具有BUCK-BOOST特性。电压调节更加灵活,适用于直流大功率变换场合;采用频率控制,避免了如传统BOOST变换器中,由于开关导通与关断时间不均匀而引起的损耗和温升过大等问题;通过MATLAB仿真并经过实验验证,证明了该拓扑的正确性。A high-voltage dual LC series resonant DC-DC converter topology is proposed based on the multi-level theory. Switching loss is reduced and switching frequency is increased by closing the switch at zero voltage. With the control of input voltage of resonant network, the conversion ratio is controlled. A diode clamp network suitable for the dual LC series resonant net is designed to increase maximum output ratio. Multi-level voltage output, which has the output characteristics of BUCK-BOOST, is achieved by controlling frequency. The converter with more flexible voltage regulation can be used for high DC power conversion. Frequency control can avoid the large amount of loss and high temperature rise caused by non-uniform switching on and off time existing in the traditional DC-DC converters such as boost converter. Simulation via MATLAB and experiment verify the correctness of the proposed topology.
