摘　　要：采用柱色谱、制备型液相色谱等分离纯化技术,从报春石斛中分离得到13个化合物,根据理化性质以及波谱分析（1H NMR、13C NMR和ESI-MS等）结果,分别鉴定为：（-）-dendroprimine （1）、古豆碱（2）、N-反式阿魏酰酪胺（3）、N-反式香豆酰酪胺（4）、腺苷（5）、鸟苷（6）、corchoionoside C （7）、sasanquin （8）、丁香脂素（9）、橙皮苷（10）、艾纳香素（11）、反式阿魏酸二十二烷基酯（12）和蔗糖（13）.其中,化合物8首次从石斛属植物中分离得到,而化合物3～7以及9～13系首次从该植物中分离得到.Column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography were used for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents of Dendrobium primulinum Lindl.. By means of spectral data and physicochemical properties, thirteen compounds were identified as： （-）-dendroprimine （1）, hygrine （2）, N-trans-feruloyl tyramine （3）, N-trans-coumaroyl tyramine （4）, adenosine （5）, guanosine （6）, corchoionoside C （7）, sasanquin （8）, syringaresinol （9）, hesperidin （10）, blumeatin （11）, docosyl trans-ferulate （12） and sucrose （13）. Among them, compound 8 was obtained from this genus for the first time, and compounds 3 - 7 and 9 - 13 were first reported to be isolated from this plant.
