摘　　要：建立了龙柴方的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,并比较了龙柴方合煎液与合并液的指纹图谱。采用ODS C18色谱柱,以乙腈︰0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm。以黄芩苷为参照峰,测定龙柴方的指纹图谱,并作聚类法分析和相似度评价。初步建立了以15个共有峰为特征指纹信息的龙柴方HPLC指纹图谱,结果显示合煎液与合并液的指纹图谱有一定差异。The HPLC fingerprint of Longchai decoction was established, and the HPLC fingerprints of traditional decoction and mixed dividual decoctions were compared. An ODS C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile ： 0.1% phosphoric acid by gradient elution, at the detection wavelength of 254 nm. Baicalin was chosen as the reference standard. The data were analyzed by fuzzy cluster and fingerprint similarity evaluation software to compare the similarity of samples. The HPLC fingerprint with 15 common peaks of Longchai decoction was established preliminarily. The results showed that there were some differences between the fingerprints of traditional decoction and mixed dividual decoctions.
