摘　　要：建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定盐酸格拉司琼贴片中的月桂氮（艹卓）酮.采用Rtx-1毛细管色谱柱,程序升温,100：1分流进样,氢火焰离子化检测器检测.以二十四烷为内标定量,月桂氮（艹卓）酮在0.6～3.6 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好.回收率为98.47％,RSD为1.75％.A capillary GC method was established for the determination of laurocapram in granisetron hydrochloride transdermal patch. Laurocapram was isolated and determined on Rtx-1 capillary column, with the column temperature raised by program, at injection split ratio of 100 ： 1 and FID as detector. Tetracosane was used as the internal standard. The calibration curve of laurocapram was linear in the concentration range of 0.6 - 3.6 mg/ml. The recovery was 98.47 %, with RSD of 1.75 %.
