摘 要:为缩短产品的设计开发周期,提高设计效率,快速设计已成为现代设计制造的研究热点。挖掘机作为一种广泛应用的大型施工机械,研究其工作装置的快速设计,对挖掘机的发展具有重要意义。为实现挖掘机工作装置的快速设计,将对挖掘机工作装置进行模块划分。为使模块划分更合理,首先采用层次分析法(The Analytical Hierarchy Process,AHP)来构建层次结构模型及构造判断矩阵,以此计算出权重系数,然后通过相关度的计算得出挖掘机工作装置各零部件的相关矩阵,最后得出较合理模块划分方案,以提高挖掘机工作装置的设计效率。To shorten the cycle of designing and develop products and improve design efficiency,the rapid design has become a hot topic in the modern design and manufacturing.Since the excavator is a kind of large-scale construction machinery and being widely used,research on the rapid design excavator device is of great significance to the development of excavator.To achieve the rapid design of excavator working device,it makes modular division for the excavator working device.In order to make the modular division to be more reasonable,firstly it takes the analytic hierarchy process to build the hierarchy structural model and constructs the judgment matrix to calculate the weight coefficient,and then through the correlation formula to calculate the correlation matrix of the working equipment of excavator's each parts,finally obtains a reasonable modular division scheme to improve the design efficiency of excavator working device.
