摘 要:为满足PC钢棒生产线剪切精度高、效率高、连续生产故障率低的技术要求,基于机电液集成技术,提出电液控制PC钢棒凸轮摆杆定尺剪切系统设计方案,对关键部件的设计方法进行了研究与性能分析。阐释了凸轮摆杆剪切系统的技术构成,分析了剪切系统的工作原理,对光电定尺工作原理进行了研究,分析了剪切机构工作过程,并对影响定尺精度关键时间参数进行了理论计算。推导出了切断误差方程,计算出其理论值并分析了对其影响的因素,分析结果表明,提出的电液控制PC钢棒凸轮摆杆定尺剪切系统具有结构新颖,动作准确,剪切精度高的特性,可满足工程需求。In order to meet the technical requirements of PC steel bar production line such as high precision,high efftciency,and low failure rate of continuous production,cam shearing sizing shearing system with oscillating follower for PC steel bars was presented based on electro-hydraulic integrated technology and design methods of key components was researched.Technical composition of shearing system was interpreted and work principle was analyzed.Work principle of photoelectric length was researched and working process of shearing mechanism was analyzed,and key time parameters that affect sizing accuracy was also calculated.Cutting error equation was derived and calculated,and influential factors was also analyzed.The analysis results show that cam shearing sizing shearing system with oscillating follower for PC steel bars based on electrohydraulic control has the characteristks of novel structure,accurate action and high cutting precision and can meet the requirements of engineering.
