摘　　要：为保证集装化军事运输健康、有序、快速地发展,在详细分析美军、我国和我军集装化军事运输法规体系发展建设现状的基础上,按照集装化军事运输主要技术环节和业务工作,论证分析了集装化军事运输法规需求,构建了法规体系结构,确立了法规体系表,提出了法规体系建设方法。The development of the containerized military transportation laws and regulations system is the base of develop- ment in a healthy and ordered way. This paper analyses the status quo of the development of the containerized military transportation laws and regulations system on both USA army and our troops. Based on the technology step and the operation service, it demonstrates the demands and builds the laws and regulations system, then puts forwards the approach to devel- op it.
