摘　　要：针对车辆装备维修管理存在的主要问题,基于ISO9000族标准,提出了"精确—精细—精益"质量管理(PFLQM)理念,着眼全要素量化精确管理、全过程规范精细管理、全系统效能精益管理目标,治理车辆装备维修管理存在的管理要素不健全、管理过程不规范、管理控制不得力等问题。Aiming at the problems of vehicle equipment maintenance management, this paper studies quality management theory, and puts forward the thought of ＂precision -fine -lean＂ quality management （PFLQM） based on the ISO9000 standards. The PFLQM focuses on whole factor quantitative precision management, whole process specification fine man- agement and whole system monitoring management, and solved the problems of the vehicle maintenance management, such as management processes are not scientific, management standards are not standardized, management controls are not effec- tive and management system is not reasonable.
