摘　　要：管理出效益,训练转型必然呼唤管理创新。从管理理念、管理体系和管理机制等方面对信息化条件下部队运输勤务训练管理创新进行论述,以为部队运输勤务训练管理实现转变提供有益的借鉴和参考。The management can come into being benefit, the training transformation need management innovation. The pa- per elaborates the army transportation service training under informationization from the management thought, the manage- ment system and management mechanism which provides the reference for military transportation training management.
