摘  要:我国小额贷款公司在经营上受到众多限制,其中资金就是一个瓶颈。由于不能吸收公众存款、负债率的限制、利润不能直接用于贷款发放等规定,导致很多小贷公司缺乏足够的资金源进行贷款。江苏省开创的"开鑫贷"业务将"线上"和"线下"结合起来,"线上"是借贷双方进行资金配对和结算,而"线下"则是由小贷公司进行征信和担保。小贷公司采取了通过人际关系获取信息的征信模式,这是由小企业的信息特征和中国的社会文化特征决定的。"开鑫贷"业务突出地发挥了小贷公司的征信功能,突破了其资金瓶颈,同时也有效地解决了投资人无处投资和借款人融资困难的问题,是非常成功的小企业融资模式。The business of small loan companies in China is subject to numerous restrictions, including the bottle- neck of fund. Owing to no absorbing public savings, restriction of debt ratio, profits prohibited to be directly used for loan extension, etc. , many small loan companies have no sufficient funds to grant loans. "KAI XIN loan" busi- ness initiated in Jiangsu Province combines "online" with "offline" businesses; "online" business is to match the funds between borrowers and lenders and make settlements, while "offline" business is to make credit reference and get guaranteed by small loan companies. Small loan companies adopt a credit reference model of "access to informa- tion through the human relationship", which is determined by the characteristics of small corporate information and socio -cultural features in China. "Kai Xin loan" business exerts prominently the role of credit reference in small loan companies into play, breaking through the bottleneck of fund and giving an effective solution to the problem that the investors find nowhere to invest and the borrowers face financing difficulties, which is a very successful small business financing model.
