摘　　要：一切金融活动的基础是信用。科技型中小企业以其自身特有的创新性、高成长性成为现代经济中的有生力量,金融支持是科技企业降低融资成本、突破资金瓶颈、化解创新风险的重要途径。以西安市高新区为例,基于信用视角分析金融资本支持科技企业发展的现状,提出完善信用体系建设、积极发展科技信贷业务、加大政府统筹科技金融力度、大力发展区域资本市场的发展路径。Credit is the base for all financial activities. Technological SME has become an emerging force of the modern economy for its own unique innovativeness and high-growth. Finance supporting is an important way for technological enterprises to reduce financing cost, to break through the bottleneck of fund, and to dissolve the risk of innovation. Taking Xi＇ an High-tech Zone for example, the paper makes an analysis on the status quo of financial capital supporting technological enterprise development from credit perspective, and proposes the development path： improving the credit system, actively developing scientific credit loan business, greater efforts of governments in co- ordinating scientific finance, and focusing on developing regional capital.
