摘 要:设计制作了一种双出杆磁流变阻尼器(MRFD),给出了主要的理论计算公式,采用有限元方法对其磁路进行模拟并对间隙磁场进行了测试,通过足尺试验得到阻尼力与输入激励、电流的规律曲线,并依据试验数据建立磁流变阻尼器的力学模型,最后将该阻尼器安装于隔振系统,基于dSPACE实时仿真平台进行了振动台试验。研究结果表明:由理论简化计算、有限元分析与试验得到的结果比较吻合,验证了简化计算和有限元分析在产品初步设计中的可行性和准确性;验证了该阻尼器力学模型精确性,以及阻尼器的可控性与减振的有效性。为磁流变阻尼器的研发提供了具体方法和思路。A dual-out rod MR damper is designed and manufactured. The theoretical formulas and simulation re- suits of the magnetic circuit by finite element method are given, and the result of magnetic field test of the gap is al- so presented. The relationships between damping force and input excitation and current are obtained through full scale tests. Accurate dynamic model of the MRFD is established. Finally, this damper is installed in the isolation system for shaking table test based on dSPACE system. It shows that the results obtained by the theoretical simpli- fied calculation, finite element analysis and test are coincident. This verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the sim- plified calculation and finite element analysis in the preliminary design of the product. The proposed dynamic model of the damper is accurate. The controllability of the damper and effectiveness of control algorithms are verified. These works provide specific methods and ideas for future research and development of the MRFD.
