摘 要:针对现代企业进行总线改造时面临的高成本、高复杂性难题,研究与设计了一种适用于变频器的通用型控制器局域网络(CAN)总线接口卡。该接口卡采用内部集成CAN控制器的微控制器作为控制核心,利用光电耦合器提高隔离度、抗干扰性,且能接收总线的速度信号并转换为模拟信号驱动变频器,同时可将变频器的实时速度信号转换并上传至总线。软件部分采用结构化程序设计方案,具有良好的模块化和可移植性,对于同类系统或类似的应用环境,可以方便地进行编程重组。实际应用表明,设计的接口卡通用性强,有良好的抗干扰性,具有一定的推广与应用价值。The field bus transformation for modern enterprise is faced with high cost and high complexity. In this study, the universal controller area network (CAN) bus interface card for inverter is researched and designed. The microcontrollers with the internally integrated CAN controller is used to control core in the interface card. The optocoupler is adopted to improve the isolation and reduce interference. The speed signal can be received and transformed into the analog signal to drive the inverter by the interface card. Meanwhile, the real-time speed signal of the inverter is converted and uploaded to the bus. The structured programming scheme is adopted in the software which has better modularity and portability. For different system function and application environment,the programming reorganization can be easily realizable. The results show that the interface card has strong currency,certain noise immunity and has the promotion and application values.
