摘 要:通过三缩三乙二醇二胺和己二酸的缩聚反应合成了一种改性的聚酰胺(聚己二酰三缩三乙二醇二胺),利用全反射傅里叶红外变换光谱和核磁共振对该聚合物进行结构表征;运用差示扫描量热法和热重分析法研究该聚合物的热性能;采用相关测试方法测试了该聚合物的耐化学性、力学性能、表面电阻率等。结果表明,该聚合物材料具有低的表面电阻率,达到抗静电材料的指标;与尼龙66具有相似的力学性能,是一种有前景、易加工的热塑性树脂,可能取代传统尼龙。Modified polyamide(poly(triethylene glycol adipamide)) was synthesized by a polycondensation reaction of adipic acid and triethylene glycol diamine,and characterized by infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance. The thermal behavior of poly(triethylene glycol amipamide) was studied by differential scanning calorimetry analysis and thermo gravimetrie analysis. The chemical stability,mechanical properties and surface resistivity to charge were also studied by corresponding methods. These studies show that the modified polyamides materials have low surface resistivity, which meet with the requirement of antistatic material. Additionally, they have similar mechanical properties to those of nylon 66,indicating that they are promising practical thermoplastics that may be used to replace traditional nylons.
