某军校本科毕业生心理健康调查及综合评估模型的构建

摘　　要：目的调查某军校毕业学员的心理健康状况并构建综合评估模型。方法采用明尼苏达多相人格问卷(MMPI),调查某军校男性本科毕业学员657名,并用主成分分析法对MMPI 10个临床量表进行综合,构建出综合评估模型,并检验了模型的应用价值。结果除Hy量表外,其他量表与常模具有显著性差异,其中K量表(t=15.303,P<0.01)和Ma量表(t=4.33,P<0.01)得分高于常模,其他量表如Q量表、L量表、F量表、Hs量表、D量表、Pd量表、Mf量表、Pa量表、Pt量表、Sc量表、Si量表均低于常模(t=-71.17^-4.95,P<0.01)。最后根据10个临床量表构建的综合评估模型为:T=0.3159Hs+0.2839D+0.4706Hy+0.2234Pd+0.5824Mf+0.2922Pa+0.0904Pt+0.0738Sc+0.0056Ma+0.0093Si+8.7469。此模型的灵敏度和特异度分别为76.52%和83.62%,正确率为82.19%。结论此军校毕业学员心理健康水平较好,综合评估模型为我们提供了一个排除心理异常者的参考和研究心理健康综合评估的新思路。Objective To investigate mental health status of military university graduates and construct comprehensive assessment model for mental health. Methods We surveyed 657 male graduates with MMPI, and integrated the 10 clinical scales to the comprehen- sive assessment model by principle components analysis, then followed by evaluation of this model application. Results Compared with the Chinese male norm, all the scales showed significant differences but the Hy clinical scale. Among these significantly different scales, there were higher scores on K scale （ t = 15. 303, P 〈 0.01 ） and Ma scale （ t = 4. 33, P 〈 0.01 ） than the norm, while on Q scale, L scale, F scale,Hs seale,D scale,Pd scale,Mr scale,Pa scale,Pt scale,Se scale and Si scale,their scores were lower（ t = -71.17 - -4. 95 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Then, we formulated the comprehensive assessment model as the following： T = 0.3159Hs ＋ 0. 2839D ＋ 0. 4706Hy ＋ 0.2234Pd ＋ 0.5824Mf ＋ 0.2922Pa ＋ 0. 0904Pt ＋ 0. 0738Sc ＋ 0. 0056Ma ＋ 0. 0093Si ＋ 8. 7469. The accuracy rate, sensitivity and specificity of this model were 76.52% ,83.62% and 82.19% respectively： Conclusion The military university graduates are in good mental health status, and the comprehensive assessment model can be a guidance to assess the mental health of military university graduates and provide a new method to study mental health.
