中药熏蒸配合练功对屈指肌腱断裂术后康复效果

摘　　要：目的观察中药熏蒸配合练功在治疗屈指肌腱断裂术后的康复效果。方法将2011年3月-2013年3月我院收治的86例手指屈指肌腱断裂的患者随机分成两组，治疗组（46例）术后采用中药熏蒸配合练功疗法，对照组（40）术后单纯采用功能练习，总疗程为8周。结果术后随访3个月，按照国际手外科肌腱疗效评定法做疗效评定，治疗组手指总屈伸度（TAM）优良率为95．65％。对照组手指总屈伸度（TAM）优良率为77．50％。经统计学处理，两者差异有显著性意义。结论中药熏蒸配合练功能较大限度地恢复手指屈伸功能，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the rehabilitation efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation assorted with acrobatics after flexor tendon surgery treatment. Method From March 2011 to March 2013 there were 86 cases of finger flexor tendon rupture patients in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups. Treat- ment group （46 cases） ： after surgery fumigation with herbal assorted acrobatics. In the control group （40） ： After surgery only using functional exercises. The total duration of treatment was 8 weeks. Result Following - up three months assessment of the curing effect were made according to international evaluation law of tendon surgery effect as- sessment, in treatment group the total flexion of the fingers （TAM） excellent rate was 95.65%. The total flexion of finger（TAM） excellent rate in control group was 77.50%. The difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation assorted with acrobatics can in more extent recover the finger function of flexion and extention, it is worthy of clinical spread use.
