组合式转子电机开环稳定性探讨

摘　　要：组合式转子电机的转子由面贴式永磁段和高密度轴向叠片磁阻段组合而成。分析了2段d轴之间的夹角α对电机稳定性的影响,得出了组合式转子电机稳定运行时α角应满足的条件,并分别对α=0,α=45°和α=90°时3台组合式转子电机进行开环空载起动实验。实验结果表明该理论分析是正确的,为该组合式转子电机实用化提供了有力的理论依据。The combined rotor machine is made up of a high density axially laminated magnetic reluctance seg-ment and a surface permanent magnet segment.Influences on the stability of the machine are analyzed for the different angle αbetween two-part d-axis,the conclusion has been drawn that the stable operation of the combined rotor motor can be obtained when the angle αmeets the certain conditions .And open-loop and no-load starting experiments on combined rotor motor are respectively completed when α=0,α=45＆#176;andα=90＆#176;,the experimental results show that theoretical analysis is correct ,which provides the reliable theoretical evidence for the combined rotor motor to realize the practical application .
