摘　　要：随着在用车排放I/M制度的实施,在用车排放检测站的运行安全成了影响检测站高效运行的重要因素。为了保证检测站的高效运行,建立排放检测站运行安全评价体系并对其进行评价显得尤为必要。利用灰色聚类评估法对运行安全的影响因素进行评价,找出了影响排放检测站运行安全的主要因素,给出了保障检测站安全运行的主要措施。为建立科学、高效的排放检测站运行安全评价体系提供理论帮助和实践依据。With the implementation of in -use vehicle emission I/M system, the operation safety of the in -use vehicle emission testing station has become the important factor influencing the safe and efficient opera-tion of the testing station .It is necessary that the operation safety evaluation system of the vehicle emission testing station be established to guarantee the highly efficient operation .The influential factors on operation safety are evaluated by using grey clustering evaluation method and the main factors have been found , some measures to guarantee the safe operation of the testing station are suggested ,which can provide the theoretical support and practical evidence for the establishment of the efficient operation safety evaluation system of a sci-entific and highly efficient emission testing station evaluation .
