摘　　要：阐释SECI模型的概念,指出SECI模型对我国中医药本科高等院校教育的启示作用,即重视显性知识与隐性知识的转化,引导学生将理论知识转化为自己的临床诊疗经验和技术;重视传统文化教育,传承中华文明,弘扬传统文化,是中医传承与创新、振兴中医药的根基工程;中医药本科高校教育应与师承教育模式相结合。The SECI model is explained in this article, indicating the enlightening role of SECI model on undergraduate education in Chinese TCM colleges and universities, which is focused on transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, guiding the students to transform theory knowledge into their own clinical experience and technique. Focused on traditional cultural education, heritage of Chinese civilization, and carrying forward the traditional cuhure are the foundation program for the inheritance and innovation, revitalization of TCM. TCM undergraduate college educations should be combined with the traditional master-apprentice education.
