摘　　要：合同管理是企业业务流程的始点和终点,贯穿于企业内部业务展开的全过程,运用合同管理信息系统可以提高办公效率和质量。针对合同管理信息系统开发的难点问题,本文在阐明数据库设计过程的基础上,按照规范化的流程进行设计。首先,进行概念结构设计,设计结果用E-R模型表示;然后,进行逻辑结构设计,将E-R模型转换为DBMS所支持的数据模型;最后,进行物理结构设计,主要是设计存储结构和存取方法。本文设计的数据库具有完整性好、安全性高、操作速度快等优点,为开发高效适用的合同管理系统奠定了基础。Contract management is the start and end of enterprise business processes,is the whole process unfolded throughout the internal business,use contract management information system can improve office efficiency and quality.For the difficult problems of contract management information system development,this paper designs according the standardized processes based on the illustration of database design process.First,conceptual structural design,the design results expressed by ER model; Then,logical structure design,translate the ER model to the data model supported by DBMS; Finally,physical structure design,is design storage structures and access methods.This database designed in this paper has good integrity,safety,operation speed,etc.,establishes the foundation to develop efficient contract management system.
