摘 要:为了减小在车轮跳动时后轮转向机构与悬架之间的运动干涉、后轮摆振以及车轮磨损,提出了通过建立后轮转向机构的动力学虚拟模型。直接以减小转向拉杆和悬架的运动不协调偏差量为目标函数的优化设计方法,计算后轮在不同转角下的运动偏差量,得到合理的后轮转向机构布置方案,为后轮转向机构的设计提供一定参考。In order to reduce the movement interference between the rear wheel steering mech anism and suspension, swing vibration, wear and tear of the rear wheels when they are moving up and down. A design method of the rear wheel steering mechanism is presented which puts reducing uncoor dinated motion deviation between steering rod and suspension as the objective function by establishing a dynamics virtual model of the rear wheel steering mechanism to optimize and simulate. The motion de viation of the rear wheel is calculated under different angle and a reasonable layout scheme of the rear wheel steering mechanism is got. Reference is provided for the design of the rear wheel steering mecha nism.
