摘  要:以佳芦河流域2012年"7·27"暴雨洪水为例,采用统计法和过程对应分析法,分析了其暴雨洪水关系。结果表明,次洪量没有减少的趋势,输沙量减少不多,统计法成果表明下垫面削峰作用明显,而采用过程对应分析时其削峰作用有限,说明在暴雨洪水个例分析中要慎用统计学方法。从本次洪水分析来看,当该流域遇到高强度大暴雨时,现状水利水保工程对消减洪峰、洪量和沙量的作用是相当有限的。By taking the "7 · 27" storm flood occurred in Jialuhe River Basin in 2012 as a study case, its rainstorm-flood rela- tion is analyzed with the both statistical method and the process correspondence analysis method. The result shows that the see- ondary flood has no any reducing trend with a less decrease of the amount of sediment transport. Moreover, the result from the statistical method indicated that the peak clipping effect of the underlying surface is obvious, while the process correspondence a- nalysis shows its peak clipping effect is limited; which demonstrates that the statistical method is to be cautiously applied to the case analysis on storm flood. In view of the flood analysis made herein, the effects of the existing water-soil conservation projects therein are quite limited to reduce the flood peak, flood volume and amount of sediment when storm with high intensity occurs in the river basin.
