摘　　要：针对中小型水电站水轮机主要存在的问题,提出了水轮机增效扩容改造的基本步骤和优化设计方法,为中小型水电站的增效扩容改造提供了技术支持。In accordance with the main problems existed in hydro turbine of small-medium sized hydropower station, the basic steps and optimized design methods for the improvement of efficiency increase and capacity expansion of the hydro turbine are put forward herein, so as to provide the relevant technical support for the improvement concerned.
