皮敏消胶囊治疗脂溢性皮炎92例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价皮敏消胶囊治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:92例脂溢性皮炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各46例,治疗组患者口服皮敏消胶囊,3次/d,4片/次,外用复方吲哚美辛酊,2次/d,连续治疗2周为1个疗程;对照组患者口服氯雷他定片,1次/d,10 mg/次,外用复方吲哚美辛酊,2次/d,连续治疗2周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组患者治疗后痊愈率为67.39%,有效率为89.13%;对照组患者治疗后痊愈率为52.17%,有效率为71.74%。治疗组与对照组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.420 4,P=0.035 5<0.05)。结论:皮敏消胶囊治疗脂溢性皮炎是安全的、有效的。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Chinese medicine Pin Min Xiao capsules in the treatment of pa- tients with seborrheie dermatitis. Method Nity - two outpatients with seborrheie dermatitis were divided into treatment group and control group at randomly. Forty - six patients in treatment group took 3 Chinese medicine Pin Min Xiao capsules 3 times orally every day and ex- ternal use Compound Indometacin Tinncture for twice for 2 weeks. Forty - six patients in control group took loratadine tablet 10mg once dai- ly and external use Compound Indometacin Tinneture twice for 2 weeks. Results The results of treatment group after treatment showed that the cured rate and effective rate were 67.39% and 89. 13% ,respectively. The results of control group after treatment showed that the cured rate and effective rate were 52. 17% and 71.74% ,respectively. The effective rate in treatment group was significant higher than that of con- trol group （Xz = 4. 420 4, P = 0. 035 5 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion This investigation indicates that Chinese medicine Pin Min Xiao capsules is an efficacy and safety therapy in the treatment of patient with seborrheic dermatitis.
