摘　　要：社区慈善事业运营涉及资金筹集、服务项目提供、机构及人员管理等过程,运营方式的选择至关重要。目前沈阳市社区慈善事业运营情况并不乐观,机构的不规范、资源的短缺及监督管理不力等问题严重地影响了未来社区慈善事业的发展,针对这些问题,本文以沈阳市典型社区慈善机构为例论述了社区慈善事业运营方式存在的困难,进而提出完善沈阳市社区慈善事业发展的对策建议。The operation of community philanthropy includes fundraising, service projects, personnel manage ment and so on. It is essential to choose a proper way to operate. At present, community philanthropy in Shenyang has to deal with some problems including nonstandard institutions the shortage of resource, and poor supervision and management, which influence the future development of community philanthropy. The paper takes the typical community charities as an example, discusses the difficulties the way they operate, and then sug gests some advices to solve these problems.
