摘 要:以莱钢两个矿山为实例,阐述了莱钢生态文明矿山建设的实践。莱芜矿业应用坑内矿体近顶板灰岩注浆堵水不疏干采矿技术,辅以全尾胶结充填采矿方法,实现了无废开采、保护采矿场生态环境的目标;塌陷区治理、尾矿复垦及生态化工程的实施,提高了矿山生态文明水平。鲁南矿业实施铁素资源的回收利用和中矿再选工程,提高了矿山资源的利用效率。Taking the two mines of Laiwu Steel Group as examples, this article expounds the practice of ecological civilization mine construction. In Laiwu Mining Co., Ltd. of Laiwu Steel Group, no waste mining and mine ecological environment protection were achieved by adopting the technology of pit orebody near roof limestone grouting sealing water no drainage mining and full tailings cemented filling mining. Meanwhile the implementations of subsidence area governance and tailings reclamation and ecologicalization engineering improved the ecological civilization level of the mine. In Lunan Mining Co., Ltd. of Laiwu Steel Group, the implementations of ferrite resources recycling and middlings re-separating engineering effectively increased the usage efficiency of ore resources.
