摘　　要：电子商务时代,物流是买卖双方的重要纽带,其与电子商务部分与总体的关系,使二者成为紧密的关系体,但目前也是我国电子商务体系的短板。电子商务平台的快速拓展急需构建并完善相应的物流系统。因此,要以动态开放的理念构建匹配于电子商务发展的物流系统,加强基础管理,创新管理模式;加快制定法律法规,以政策法规进行引导和约束;提高管理信息化、技术信息化和基础设施信息化水平;加大人力资本存量,提升从业人员职业素质,提高物流服务质量和配送效率。In the e-commerce era, logistics is an important link between businesses and consumers, and the part whole relation of logistics and e-commerce impels them to be a close relations body. However, the unintelligible and isolated development of the relation leads logistics to be a weakness in our e-commerce system; building and improving the logistics system is urgently needed in the expansion of e-commerce. So, we should, first, develop a logistic system matching the development of e-commerce with dynamic and open ideas, strengthen basic management and make innovation in management pattern; second, we should accelerate introducing related law and regulations; third, we should improve the level of management, technology, and infrastructure informationization; and, fourth, we should increase reserve of human resources, improve the quality of professionals, increase the quality of logistic service and the efficiency of distribution.
