摘　　要：文章就哈尔滨市人感染H7N9禽流感防控工作经验进行了探讨与交流。主要通过开展风险评估、流感监测、禽流感职业高危人群和不明原因肺炎主动监测,提高病例发现的敏感性;对报告的可疑病例采集双份平行样品进行检测,同时落实多项防控措施,为实现人感染H7N9禽流感病例的早发现、早报告、早诊断、早隔离、早治疗,控制疫情的传播和蔓延,维护社会稳定做出了贡献。In this paper,we discussed and exchanged experience of human infection with avian influenza A（H7N9） virus in Harbin. A series of measures including risk assessment, surveillance of influenza and avian influenza risk groups,unknown reason pneumonia surveillance were carried out to improve the sensitivity of case-- finding. Double parallel suspected samples were collected and tested,at the same time we carried out a variety of prevention and control measures, all of which contributed to early detection, early report, early diagnosis, early quarantine and early management of the cases, controlling the spread of the epidemic, and maintaining social stability.
