摘　　要：以高新技术产业开发区为例,分析襄阳市工业用地粗放利用的影响因素。襄阳市在建设省域副中心城市过程中,一方面通过发挥市场的基础性作用来优化配置工业用地,提高其集约利用水平;另一方面需要政府的宏观管理,通过提高襄阳市工业用地门槛标准等措施来促进工业用地的集约利用,旨在为促进襄阳市工业用地的集约利用和襄阳市社会经济的可持续发展提供参考。With high and new tech development zone as an example, the influencing factors about extensive use of industrial land in Xiangy- ang were analyzed. On the one hand we have played through the basic role of the market to optimize the allocatiOn of industrial land to improve its level of intensive using, and on the other hand we have needed for government macro-management by increasing the prison doors of Xiangy- ang industrial land to raise standards of industrial land intensive using. The purpose of this paper is giving some reference to promote industrial land sources intensive use and Xiangyang socioeconomic sustainable development.
