一种工业水处理用高效杀生剂的合成及现场评价

摘　　要：以盐酸胍、二乙烯三胺为原料,制备了新型聚合胍杀生剂G-11,并探讨了其杀菌性能。研究表明,该聚合胍杀生剂对工业循环冷却水中异养菌(TGB)、铁细菌(FB)、硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)和各种藻类有极其优异的杀灭效果,杀菌效果明显优于1227及双季铵盐等常规杀菌剂,具有杀菌持续时间长、杀生力强、广谱性的特点。工业应用试验表明,在现场循环水浓缩倍率为4倍以上时,具有较好的杀菌效果。Using guanidine hydrochloride, diethylenetriamine as raw materials, the new type of polymeric guanidine biocide G-11 has been prepared,and its bactericidal capacity is discussed. The results indicate that this new polymeric guanidine biocide has excellent germicidal effect on heterotrophic bacteria （TGB）,iron bacteria （FB）, sulfate reducing bacteria （SRB） and all kinds of algae in industrial circulating cooling water. Its sterilization effect is obviously better than that of 1227 and double quaternary ammonium salt and other conventional fungicides. G-11 is characterized by long time antiseptic, strong bactercidal power,and broad spectrum. Industrial application shows that it has better sterilization effect when the on-site concentration ratio of circulating water is more than four times.
