摘  要:针对稠油污水高温、高盐、难生化处理的问题,采用生物膜水解酸化-接触氧化-两级缺氧工艺对某油田稠油含油污水进行试验研究。结果表明:在水温35—60℃,盐质量浓度4~20g/L,油质量浓度10~150mg/L,总HRT≥24h时,原油去除率可以达到60%以上。初步探讨了上述因素对生化处理效果的影响。Aiming at the problems with thick oil wastewater, such as high temperature, high salinity and difficult to be treated bio-chemically, the biofilm hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation-two-stage anoxic process has been used for carrying out the experimental research on the think oil wastewater in an oilfield. The results show that under the conditions as follows : temperature 35-60 ℃, salt content 4-20 g/L, oil content in water 10-150 mg/L, and total HRT ≥ 24 h, the crude oil removing rate can reach over 60%. The effects of the above factors on the biochemical treatment are discussed priliminarilly.
